A day after I watched Michael Buble live in concert in Chicago, which is 2 days after my birthday last year, I was sitting there alone in the crowd.
I enjoyed watching live performance for free during summer. The band was playing a new song to my ear, echoing all over the park, with lyrics that feels like speaking my mind at that time:
“So wake me up when it’s all over
When I’m wiser and I’m older
All this time I was finding myself, and I Didn’t know I was lost..”
At that time I took the moment to give myself a break from the big problem I had. I felt like staying there much longer and freezing the moment forever. I found sanctuary in that lovely park.
Today hubby will be there again watching live performance. Not with me, nor alone, but with friends. I hope he’ll enjoy the live performance as much as I did, and think about me when you do :) with Natali at Jay Pritzker Pavilion – View on Path.
