I'm Nuniek Tirta Sari. A storyteller, community builder and lifelong learner. I speak to and for the modern Indonesian woman: curious, grounded and still growing.

For over two decades I've shared stories online, from heartfelt reflections to practical ways of living meaningfully within our means. What began in 2002 as a personal diary on Blogspot has grown into a space where I write about life, mindset and womanhood.

My story

Many first knew me from my #superaffordablestyle days, a movement that celebrated simplicity without apology. My journey has grown far beyond that. Today I write to help women rediscover themselves: beyond roles, beyond expectations and beyond the noise of perfection.

I'm married to Natali Ardianto, a serial tech entrepreneur, and together we've navigated startup chaos and family life with faith and laughter. I'm a mom of two teenage daughters, a psychology postgraduate with two master's degrees, and an MBTI trainer who believes self-awareness is the first step to self-acceptance.

Beyond blogging

I'm the co-founder of #StartupLokal, one of Indonesia's longest-running startup communities. For more than a decade we've helped founders grow, connect and dream bigger through events, mentoring and honest conversations.

Alongside that, I manage MnV Enterprise. We own and co-operate ten properties across seven cities in Indonesia, from villas to guesthouses, all curated under mnv.house, with a focus on quality spaces, authentic local hospitality and sustainable growth.

These days

I share reflections on faith, motherhood and midlife reinvention through this blog and my social platforms. My tone is casual, my stories are real, and my goal is simple: to remind every woman that her story still matters, at every age and every stage.
