6 months leave :)

Sent: Tuesday, September 23, 2008 4:20 PM

Following our conversation yesterday & today, I would consider taking an unpaid leave for 6 months starting November 2008. On the third month we will review whether I should go on with the leave, or resign perhaps, or if possible coming back to work, depends on my situation. I would strongly suggest that before my leave, we find a temporary secretary to handle my duties, start with 3 months contract. If she’s quite good we can keep her, if she’s not good enough then we can stop the contract with no obligation. Handover my duties to other staff would not be a good idea at all considering operations now is very busy especially for Malaysia project, and we still support Thailand and Batam operations as well. Hopefully this will be a win-win solution for all of us. Thank you.

Nuniek,

I am happy to advise that Management has agreed to your proposed unpaid leave period of six (6) months, as previously discussed.

I know that the increased work load with Malaysia starting up has been a concern for you, however once we get Malaysia fully established with Manager / Accounts / Secretary etc, and get our crews on a fixed 28 x 14 rotation, then the operations will be pretty much be handled from KL, apart from maybe flight bookings, and personnel certification etc.. here in Jakarta.

Thanks for your flexibility, and I am sure this will work well for all of us.

Best regards,
