Spent my Sunday afternoon by mentoring for Indonesia Impact Accelerator organized by Kinara with full support from KOMPAK and USAID. It is an investment readiness program implementing Village Capital program using peer-selected investment model.
There are 28 companies from all around Indonesia selected for this program that have impact for society. My role as a mentor is to use my experience and expertise to Challenge, Consult and Connect the programme participants to my relevant network, to help them scale up their impact and business.

I am glad that the participants are listening attentively as well as participating actively. They asked good questions and took actions immediately from the lessons I delivered. I bid them all success, and will do my best to nurture & help them grow!
