What I DON’T do in order to keep me focus and save my energy:

What I DON’T do in order to keep me focus and save my energy:
.
1. Turn on notification.
Yes, I never turn on ANY notification on my gadgets, always in silent mode, and not even vibrate. That way, I am the one who decide when to check my emails or social media, and NOT letting my notifications to tell me when to do it anytime it pops up.
.
2. Answer calls from unknown number.
I stop receiving phone calls from unknown number since many years ago and yes it helps a lot to save my energy. I know I kinda have the privilege to do it and not everyone can do this and that’s exactly the point: if I have the privilege then why not use it.
.
3. Use my gadgets when it’s charging.
By not using my gadgets when it is charging, I can manage my time using it. If it’s time to recharge my gadgets, then it’s time to recharge my energy too by having a break, off from screen.
.
4. Delegate my weaknesses.
I can cook, but it’s not my hobby and my hubby doesn’t really like my cooking either so why not delegate it to my maid who loves cooking and really good at it, right? 🥘
.
5. Check socmed before do anything.
Oh it’s such a big mistake if I start the day by scrolling timeline coz it’s so time consuming I didn’t realize it’s past midday already! So I usually make it as a reward: only check socmeds after finishing a task, or while waiting.
.
What else? Hmm will update more once I remember. Meanwhile, feel free to add the list with your own version!
