Spent my Monday morning to noon at @binusinter to learn about Design Thinking from Pak Sukma & Pak Sechi (CMIIW) and also Pak Ahmad Syamil & Pak Raymond Kosala.

It’s part of the program 2nd UMKM Knowledge Festival Week, a knowledge sharing festival from BINUS lecturer to MSME Community with main topic about Business Strategy Implementation.

Why was I there? Coz I want to unlearn and relearn and upgrade knowledge about business strategy before building something with my PA (yes she’s on class too).

Anyway, key takeaways:
- Innovation is NOT an event; it’s a process.
- Design thinking is NOT about the fidelity; it’s about communication.
- Bedakan antara kebutuhan dengan solusi!
- Do not only ask WHAT; but most importantly: WHY?
- Individualized product could appeal for general users.
- In step “Define”, ask: “How might we?” —> It’s how we define problem statement.
