Some of our family rules:
💙No gadgets on dining table, so we can do mutual conversation as well as do mindful eating
💙No gadgets for kids on weekdays and no gadgets after 10pm on weekends so they get enough rest

Always remember those who haven’t eat yet in the house so don’t take all that is provided on the table
