I once asked my @nataliardianto that question, and he answered:

“I want people to remember me as a person who helps them to be successful. I want more people to be successful because of me.”

So that’s why he is always willing to give insights and transfer his knowledge to many people, without asking what he will get in return.

Two of them was Yopie and @cellaeinsteins, duo founders of @indonesiaflight

Cella was a freshgrad when she joined Tiket as QC, when the company only has less than 20 employees.

She is a type of person who likes to accept many kind of tasks out of her jobdesks, so that she can learn more.

With Yopie, she made an app for flight booking using Tiket API from scratch in 2012.

Natali helped them from logo design, making press release, spreading news to journalists, and so on.
💖
A few years later Indonesia Flight became sister company with Tiket with the same investor.
💖
And then a few months after the acquisition of Tiket.com, Indonesia Flight was also fully acquired by Blibli, and they both exited.

Although we never ask anything from them, they often give us some things on special days: from HUGE minion for kids, Pedro bag for me, and the latest was iPhoneX for Natali.

In her testimony on Natali’s last day (watch the video), Cella said there’s no price she could pay for what Natali has done for her & Yopie.

Kindness is free. It is contagious. We cannot do a kindness too soon, for we never know how soon it will be too late.
