I offered @nataliardianto an idea to book photobooth for his last day at Tiket so every team member can have a proper picture together with the CTO for the last time and he agree.

I thought he would design the backdrop to be something like Goodbye, Thank You, etc. Instead, it was just this plain with logo of Tiket.com

No wonder those who don’t know it was meant for a farewell photos thougt it was just a fun photobooth for end of year festive.

When I asked why, he said he doesn’t want to make anybody get sad by saying goodbye or looking at those pics on their desk.

That’s why he also initiated cross gift games and trivia quiz to make it fun.

But when it’s time to speech and testimony from employees, tears burst not only fron girls but also boys. Some of them couldn’t even say a word, just hug 🤗
