My wedding reception was also like that. As much as I’m grateful for being able to do so, but I also dislike it that much. Standing for 2 hours shaking hands to people I mostly don’t know, smiling with the Make up that I don’t really like. Such a torture. I do it just to make our parents happy.
My kind of dream wedding is either an intimate wedding ceremony in Bali inviting only dozens close persons I want to share the moment with, or a travel wedding: traveling with the groom to any place we’d love to be such as Greece or Maldives, and announce that we’re married through an advertising in a newspaper.
