AHA MOMENTS:
- “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” Bisa jadi kita belajar hari ini tapi baru bisa nangkep pelajarannya setahun kemudian ketika kita sudah siap. So keep on learning, you’ll never know when you’re ready to use that knowledge.
- 4 Pilar NLP: outcome, sensory acuity, rapport, behavioral flexibility. I need to dig in deeper for the last point.
- Associated/Dissociated is very important in doing sub modality. It deals with your relationship to an experience.
- Perceptual position or double dissociation describes our point of view in a specific situation: first position is our own point of view, second is usually someone else’s point of view, third is the point of view of a dissociated observer. This method helps a lot of people cure phobia and I just realized I implemented this long before I learned about NLP!
