It’s the first time we had meetup in new Jakdiva, and we also announced our newly-appointed #Startuplokal coinitiator @herryfahrurrizal for his initiative & dedication 👏🏼

When #Startuplokal team were discussing about topic for October, I proposed the idea about startups for the disabled, in correlation with Asian Para Games. So there we had 86th #Startuplokal meetup - Disability Tech: Create a More Inclusive and Improving Life of the Disabled.

We had @rubstet coming from Yogya, as the founder of @kerjabilitasid , the biggest job portal for persons with disabilites in Indonesia.

We also had Taufiq Almasyhur as the founder of @lexipalindonesia , a learn-to-read platform for children with reading difficulties and dyslexia.

As Mas Rubby said, people with disabilities have 3 excellence:
1) Tough - they know well how to survive with their disability condition
2) Creative - know how to handle problems with some certain limitations
3) Focus - they are not easily get distracted coz limitation helps to focus
