Had TAT session with @suhahoedi at #selfloveprojectid session earlier today.

I was touched at the moment he asked all of us to imagine the other side of us (be it the grumpy me, the anger me, the childish me, etc), to be on stage, and say something to “her”.

That moment when I project the other side of me that I used to repress for dozen of years before it accummulated to the form of psychosomatic illness that costs me too much.

I used to have war with “her”, repressed “her” in any way I could so “she” wouldn’t have a chance to show up, though I know at the end of the day “she” always show up in my sleepless nights through a nightmare anyway.

Now I can see “her” as a tame, peaceful lady. “She” is still that “little vulnerable girl” as “she” always is but knowing that I now accept “her” just the way “she” is, I can see that “she” is now smiling. “She” is thankful for giving “her” some space in a hiding place whenever “she” needs her feed.

I love “her”, for her vulnerability makes me feel so human.
